Responsibilities:

• As a member of our recruitment team, you will coordinate interviews and assessments, and optimize applicant tracking systems.
• Help the TA team to verify our existing talent pool.
• working on the full life-cycle of Recruitment.
• Conduction phone and video call interviews with candidates.
• Manage communication with clients, and gather requirements.
  

Job Requirements

• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Tech enthusiast and willing to learn basic tech stacks for Technical recruitment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have strong critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and are result-oriented.
• Recruitment experience would be a plus, but not a must to have.
• Previous customer service/ sales experience would be a plus.
