HR Senior Specialist

Job Description

• Provide high level client service for HR related needs.
• Respond to employee related questions and issues in a professional and timely manner. Including but not limited: policy explanation and clarification, variable employee-related process and systems, etc.
• Support and involve in the recruitment activities.
• Scheduling meetings & interviews.
• Maintain effective communication with employees, and actively respond to concerns and issues.
• Work on implementing and monitoring effective HR processes, policies, and practices
• Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
• Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
• Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
• Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities.
• Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Good team player with high degree of confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
