Provide high level client service for HR related needs.
Respond to employee related questions and issues in a professional and timely manner. Including but not limited: policy explanation and clarification, variable employee-related process and systems, etc.
Support and involve in the recruitment activities.
Scheduling meetings & interviews.
Maintain effective communication with employees, and actively respond to concerns and issues.
Work on implementing and monitoring effective HR processes, policies, and practices
Creates, maintains, and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor.
Deals with governmental External offices such as Labor, Social insurance offices etc.
Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
Keep good relations and communication channels with concerned governmental authorities.
Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Good team player with high degree of confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in a fast-paced environment
