الوصف الوظيفي
- Partner with other supervisors, Client Managers, and Implementation to coordinate solutions for client issues and questions
- Supervises and provides leadership to the furniture service, furniture delivery, and furniture administration teams including hiring, training, coordinating work assignments, employee development, and performance management
- Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety
- Coach, teach and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity while maintaining satisfactory customer service
- Ensure that all cycle counts adjustments are approved and promptly made in SAP, maintaining all inventory change documentation needed to support cycle count audits
- Assist the Area Manager in the programming, management and delivery of routine and severe weather services
- Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources to ensure compliance with program and the maintenance requirement plan
- Assist in emergency response, organize remedial repairs, coordinate with NCC after evaluating traffic flows to restore the highway back to normal running
- Be part of the out of hours response rota for severe weather as required, completion of records and reports
- Undertake site inductions/briefings/Toolbox talks and maintain records of site inductions/briefings/ Toolbox talks
