Partner with other supervisors, Client Managers, and Implementation to coordinate solutions for client issues and questions
Supervises and provides leadership to the furniture service, furniture delivery, and furniture administration teams including hiring, training, coordinating work assignments, employee development, and performance management
Demonstrates leadership in the area of safety
Coach, teach and train Delivery Merchandisers on processes and procedures necessary to maximize profit and productivity while maintaining satisfactory customer service
Ensure that all cycle counts adjustments are approved and promptly made in SAP, maintaining all inventory change documentation needed to support cycle count audits
Assist the Area Manager in the programming, management and delivery of routine and severe weather services
Daily allocation and supervision of works and resources to ensure compliance with program and the maintenance requirement plan
Assist in emergency response, organize remedial repairs, coordinate with NCC after evaluating traffic flows to restore the highway back to normal running
Be part of the out of hours response rota for severe weather as required, completion of records and reports
Undertake site inductions/briefings/Toolbox talks and maintain records of site inductions/briefings/ Toolbox talks
