Job Responsibilities:

• To provide professional services in innovative solutions by applying technologies such as AI Robotics or Manufacturing etc. and integrated services that align with the Divisions strategy to meet market demands and support the development of New Industrialization in Hong Kong Mainland and overseas.
• To lead and deliver professional services to achieve annual goals financial targets and assigned KPIs.
• To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and fostering longterm partnerships in Hong Kong Mainland and overseas.
• To enhance collaborations with industries associations professional bodies and government bureaux to explore new business opportunities identify and engage clients and establish a strong reputation and a healthy project pipeline.
• To assist the Unit Head and General Manager in driving new initiatives undertaking adhoc tasks and collaborating closely with other team leads to accomplish the Divisions goals.
• To support project management and handle adhoc tasks when required such as overseeing project planning budgeting and resource allocation.
• To occasionally travel to mainland China or overseas for projectrelated activities business meetings and client negotiations.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree or above in disciplines such as AI Computer Science Automation Intelligent Systems and Control Mechatronics and Robotics Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning/Deep Learning techniques algorithms and tools with exposure to CNN Transformers Generative AI knowhow of Deep learning applications would be highly beneficial.
• Experience in ITF funding project would be highly beneficial nicetohave strong business relationship with industries R&D institutions and/or government bureaux.
• An indepth understanding of emerging technologies such as AI Robotics and AIoT.
• A track record in team management business development and technology development related to integrated systems innovative solutions robotics and automation etc.
• Demonstrated innovative thinking maturity selfmotivation willingness to take on challenges ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills.
