Project Manager

Location:Hanoi Vietnam

Functions

• Collaborate with customers on requirements specifications processes budget and technical solutions.
• Translate customer requirements to the Vietnam team.
• Identify and optimize operations in factories.
• Manage project resources including human budget and devices.
• Analyze and understand business processes particularly in manufacturing and educate or transfer knowledge to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management roles.
• Experience in the manufacturing domain.
• Familiarity with factory business processes.
• Willingness to work onsite in factories for testing debugging and deployment.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies like CMMI and Agile.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese English and Japanese.

Skills

• Experience in software development.
• Understanding of legal rules such as contracts and accounting.
• Previous project management experience with Japanese companies or clients.
• Onsite working experience in Japan.
• Ability to work under tight schedules.
• PMP certification is preferred.
