Branch Customer Service Representative
PURPOSE: Our client seeks a Branch Customer Service Representative to effectively manage walkin subscribers across our nationwide branches delivering exceptional service while minimizing churn.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CONTACTS:
Customer Service:
Respond to inquiries provide desired information and adapt to changing needs.
Apply innovative solutions to complaints maintaining professionalism.
Ensure a warm and professional branch ambiance.
Manage Customer Accounts:
Identify and resolve customer queries fulfill requests and address complaints.
Troubleshoot product issues maintain database and provide technical support.
Upsell products/services and recommend process improvements.
Quality Assurance:
Maintain 90% QA scores ensuring first call resolution and enhancing organization reputation.
Customer Education:
Upsell accounts explain payment options and recommend upgrades/features.
Sales:
Sell hardware installation and additional products to new and existing customers.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 1 year in commerce business administration or sales.
Bachelor s Degree in a Businessrelated field.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Previous customer service experience required; sales experience a plus.
