Responsible for the output and revision of the job description of all positions;
Responsible for the setting and optimization of the recruitment process and organize the implementation of recruitment.
Responsible for the onboarding of new employees and follow-up the probationary period;
Responsible for recruitment demand statistics and regular analysis of recruitment results;
Responsible for the establishment of salary database.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English;
Experience in headhunting and recruiting positions in Chinese-funded enterprises;
Have certain training ability and data analysis ability.
