We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for our new project .
- The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues.
- Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers’ product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
- Candidates should have an outgoing, positive demeanor, a motivated, energetic work ethic, and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Managing inbound client questions and proactively delivering product best practices, personalized recommendations, and updates.
- Research required information using available resources
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Level of education: Graduates and Undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Tech Background is a plus.
