- Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures, including setting selection criteria, screening calls, assessments & in-person interviews, performing reference checks, and Preparing job offers
- Orienting new employees with their job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions
- Conduct sourcing activities through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Conduct Exit interview
- Responsible for On-boarding.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in hiring for white and blue collars.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
