- Bar Manager : Fine Dining Restaurant Saudi Arabia : Jeddah Competitive Expat Packages Available (Single) Our client is soon to open a very high:profile International fusion fine dining Restaurant and is looking for an experienced Bar Manager or Supervisor to come on:board and head up the Bar team We are ideally looking for senior Bar Management profiles with fine dining or Michelin* experience, but must also be able to work in a high volume, fast paced luxury restaurant environment Also keeping in mind that KSA is a dry/ alcohol free country : The role requires a talented, passionate Bar Specialist with excellent stable working experience in free standing recognised restaurants : Who is able to lead and inspire the team to create memorable beverage experiences : to be creative in your menu, preparation and live display tables or counters in accordance with company high standards.
