Job Description
1. Landscape Design and Maintenance: Develop and implement landscape design plans that align with property aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability goals. - Coordinate with landscape architects, contractors, and vendors to execute landscaping projects, including plantings, hardscape elements, irrigation systems, and outdoor amenities. - Supervise ongoing landscape maintenance activities, such as mowing, pruning, fertilization, pest control, and seasonal clean-ups.
2. Budgeting and Resource Management: Create and manage budgets for landscape projects, maintenance activities, and equipment procurement. - Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers, landscapers, and service providers to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. - Monitor and optimize resource utilization, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maintain operational efficiency.
