Review and update the department policies and procedures to ensure up-to-date and efficient practice in all the functional units. (Renting and furnishing of company accommodation, Motor Transport, Mail Office, Printing General Maintenance and construction & Renovation Projects of GF building and offices).
Prepare project plan presentation and department’s annual operating and capital budget to cover the cost of services and projects based on company requirements at HQ and outstations.
Negotiate and approve the contracts/agreements of staff accommodation, office premises, land and buildings and invoices or housing (within the limit), functioning, maintenance and cleaning of GF buildings.
Negotiate contracts to optimize delivery and cost-saving.
Coordinate and monitor activities of contract suppliers and manage contractor and vendor relationships
Review the performance of the contractors to ensure services provided are in accordance with the standards of building construction, housing maintenance, transport maintenance and cleaning required by GF.
