1.communicating with customer by mails and calls.
2. Understanding and comprehend customer needs, queries and requirement and respond accordingly.
3. Experience in working in CRM.
4. Prepare Quotation in CRM.
5. Maintain files and Documentation.
6. Follow up with customer for payment.
7. Ensure timely Respond and Update to customer.
8. Updating, Maintaining & Keeping track of the payment status of the invoices.
SKILLS:
1. Excellent written and verbal English Communication skills
2. Accountable to perform tasks on- time and with accuracy.
3. Strong team players with ability to work independently and in a team should be able to comprend client requirement.
4. Strong working knowledge and experience of online media/web 7 digital side of the business.
