Senior Specialist - Social Media

Job Description

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies • Manage the day-to-day handling & create the monthly calendars of all Allianz social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube • Plan and deliver engaging content adapted to different social media channels • Develop, launch and manage online activations and campaigns that promote Allianz brand and our products • Discover and reach out to Influencers, bloggers & industry professionals • Manage, facilitate and moderate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions • Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights • Analyze and report on competitor activity • Increase and optimize Allianz online audience engagement & reach • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization • Work with external creative teams and graphic designers to create engaging content, image and video content for our social media accounts

Job Requirements

• 4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role • Superior Arabic and English copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful post on social media to using effective storytelling techniques

• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics..)

• Working knowledge of social analytics & listening tools

• Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, Instagram & Google Adwords campaigns • Outstanding Arabic & English copywriting, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
