o Design a unified Competencies Framework from scratch including defining core and jobspecific competencies and proficiency levels.
o Collaborate with HR and operational leaders to seamlessly integrate the Competencies Framework into key talent management processes such as recruitment performance management learning and succession planning.
o Develop comprehensive communication and change management strategies to ensure effective rollout and adoption of the new Competencies Framework across the organization.
o Partner with business unit leaders to customize the Competencies Framework to address unique needs and challenges within their respective areas.
o Monitor the ongoing effectiveness of the framework gathering feedback and making continuous improvements as needed.
o 10 years of experience in competency framework design with a strong background in the construction industry.
o Deep expertise in job analysis competency modeling and the application of competencies within talent management systems.
o Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present clear datadriven recommendations.
o Strong project management and change management capabilities with the ability to navigate organizational dynamics and drive crossfunctional collaboration.
o Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable plans.
o Familiarity with HR technology solutions and their integration with competencybased talent processes.
