Job Description
- Timely, professional and accurate reply to all incoming sales enquiries received by phone, email and other formats.
- Accurately record all interactions with PrezLab customers in the CRM System
- Upsell and cross-sell products / services
- Meeting monthly individual direct sales target
- Meeting individual KPIs consistently including quality target
- Adhere to internal sales processes & customers service processes
- Suggesting areas of improvement for CRM process and automation
