Role Description
Key Knowledge areas: Engineering Coordination, Design Management, PMP, LEED and Sustainability requirements and certification, and proposal development.
- Work area: Jordan and KSA, availability to travel and to spend some time in KSA

Qualifications
- Design Team Leadership: Manage coordinate, provide guidance, and support for design packages being done through external design consultants for EPC projects
- Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end proposal development process, including research, content creation, and coordination with the bid team.
- Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to establish design objectives, project scope, and timelines.
- RFP Analysis: Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and bid documents to understand project requirements, scope, and evaluation criteria.
- Bid Strategy: Develop a comprehensive bid strategy, including win themes, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
- Design Review: Oversee the review of architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with codes, and quality.
- Budget Management: Manage design-related budgets and cost estimates, seeking cost-effective solutions while maintaining design integrity.
- Content Creation: Write and edit proposal content, ensuring that it is clear, persuasive, and aligns with the client's needs.
- Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure the design meets or exceeds industry standards and as per Company Policy and SOPs
- Vendor and Contractor Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants to integrate their input into the design process.
- Compliance: Ensure that proposals meet all submission requirements and comply with client guidelines and industry standards.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all design plans comply with local building codes, regulations, and permitting requirements.
- Client Communication: Maintain communication with clients to gather input and keep them informed about the design progress.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain proposal and design documents, ensuring version control and document accuracy.
- Presentation Support: Assist in the preparation of presentations and interviews with clients as needed.
- Proposal Tracking: Maintain a record of all proposal submissions and outcomes.
