Providing accurate, relevant, and timely advice to the Managing Director and other members of staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the business sector and the products or services.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts and agreements.
Practicing preventative law, providing legal advice and assistance to management and internal departments.
Ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
Communicating with and managing any third-party bodies such as external counsel or auditors.
Litigation cases monitoring.
Promoting legal, compliance and risk management best practice throughout the company.
Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect the Company's business and specific industry.
Provide clarification on legal matters or specifications to everyone in the organization.
Provide assistance regarding research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations & assisting management in understanding legal and contractual risks and mitigating those risks.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties, creating relations of trust.
Translate legal documents from Arabic to English and vice versa.
Conduct work with integrity and responsibility.
