Job Description

To perform this role successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily following defined and updated standards and guidelines. These duties include but are not limited to:

Utilize the workshop and its capacity Lead the team and prioritize work.

Overseeing booking sheets managing the capacity and avoiding overdue operations.

Organize the work handover at the end of the shift

Set routines to secure resource availability in regard to reception tools.

Set the routine of spotting deviations easily and monitor the process improving necessary

Make proposals for improving the workshop offer: local campaigns service portfolio etc.

Act as initial customer contact lead the interaction during work handle the regular and arising needs and assure adherence to the specified delivery time.

Meet the customer in case of being asked conflicts and special requests.

Set and follow up routines on identifying additional jobs and promoting workshop sales.

Assure that all job extensions are explained and approved by customers.

Set and follow up routines to easily spot deviations in delivery time.

Advise the team to deliver comprehensive and complete job orders according to manufacturer guidelines.

Promptly answer customers telephones faxes and emails.

Cooperate with other departments to coordinate all necessary work for the customer.

Assure smooth vehicle delivery to customers on time.

Represent the company and transfer the values of care and generosity while handling complaints.

Handle and report all customer complaints analyze results and provide recommendations.

Monitor standards and routines for reception cleanliness and tidiness.

Comply with DOS requirements and regulations.

Customer database service records handling manufacturer or local campaigns.

Create and maintain a compatible and comprehensive database for current and potential customers.

Handle and promote both manufacturer and domestic campaigns.

Oversee all Safety Health and Environmental regulations ensuring a safe healthy and environmentally friendly reception area.

Regularly revise CSI reports and induce the necessary action plans.

Allocate tasks and responsibilities within the action plans.

Work actively with change management initiate implement and sustain changes when needed

Requirements


BSC of Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years experience preferably in commercial vehicles.

Communication and customer service skills

Flexible and open approach

Very good English
