Provide administrative and logistical support to the implementation of the project events including training programs, focus groups and study tours;
Responsible for the administrative aspects of event coordination and implementation including, but not limited to, completing arrangements for venues, equipment and materials as well as providing support to instructors/facilitators by ensuring all required equipment is available. In addition, ensure that the standard policies and procedures of the project are implemented for all events including, but not limited to, participant security arrangements, sign in sheets and participant evaluation forms;
Responsible for working with advisors to determine ways to improve skills and knowledge needed for the project;
Maintain updated data base for training resources and departments/centers as well as other capacity building functions and needs in each of key directorates in the region;
Delivery of the material to directorates in the provinces, and the training of trainers to provide rollout training;
