Responsibilities
- Monitor KPIs, analyzing trends and making actionable recommendations
- Business partnering stakeholders of all levels across several departments to aid commercial decision making
- Support the Group Head of FP&A on the quarterly budgeting and reforecasting process
- Assist development of new business cases for new products and markets
- Developing financial models and providing financial forecasts
- Assist development and continuous improvement of management reporting across the business
- Assist continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated
- Support the Group Head of FP&A in any future fundraising and M&A activities
- Group consolidated income statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement
- Monthly management accounts
- Monthly board pack
- Key reconciliation schedules (e.g. intercompany reconciliations, client liability reconciliation)
- Any ad-hoc requests from senior management
Skills & Competencies
- Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
- Advanced modelling experience(Excel and BI tools) and strong analysis
Experience Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or have a strong accountancy and financial planning background
- Experience of working within (or with, if coming straight from practice) a high growth Fin tech business desirable
