Job Description
- .The Officine Innovazione team is responsible for promoting the culture of innovation and providing client companies with Innovation Development and Management services, operating at a national and international level, also through multi-player initiatives and partnerships with key players in the ecosystem,
- with the aim of guiding the evolution of the business community in Italy in a broader logic of Technology Transfer,
- Open Innovation and Venture Building, integrating the world of consolidated companies, startups/scaleups, venture capital and universities and research centers at 360°.
- Your Role The Junior resources will be included in a work team, supporting senior colleagues and dealing with:
- Support the team in interpreting the customer's needs and in defining the most suitable methodologies and approaches for their optimal satisfaction;
- Identify, select and, if necessary, customize the most useful tools for collecting and analyzing data and developing solutions to support the client's objectives;
- Produce solid, factually supported analyses independently, using available tools and resources;
- Identify potential project issues, share them promptly with the rest of the team, and collaborate productively in cross-functional and international teams.
- Winning Requirements
- Master's degree in economics, engineering or technical/scientific subjects (obtained or in progress);
- Excellent academic track record;
- Strong interest in Innovation Management projects and technologies such as AI, Robotics, Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR;
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Englis
