Job Description
Requirements:
- 0- 4 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable
- Must own a car for transportation purposes
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Proficiency in English is required
- Familiarity with using ERP systems is preferred
Duties:
As an Accountant and Account Receivable Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the billing system and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
- Generating invoices and account statements in a timely manner
- Performing account reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly
- Managing accounts receivable files and records efficiently
- Producing monthly financial and management reports accurately
- Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries related to accounts
- Assisting in general financial management and analysis as needed
- Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage expectations accordingly
Skills:
- A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- An ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate information clearly and efficiently
