Job Description
- Develop and execute the BI and data analytics strategy in alignment with the company's overall digital transformation goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through data analytics.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, data analysts, and data scientists.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Establish data governance frameworks and ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all systems.
- Define data management processes, including data acquisition, transformation, and integration.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights and analytics to support decision-making across departments.
- Evaluate and implement BI and data analytics tools and technologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the company's data capabilities.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of BI and data analytics initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the CDITO and other senior executives on key performance indicators.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and business units to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to leverage data insights for product development, marketing, customer service, and more.
