Support the Talent Performance & Development Manager with the shared service talent performance & Development function to improve and maintain consistent application of tools impacting talent development across the organization.
Monitor the use of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback and communication channels.
Guide the line managers and/or HCBP in the holistic use of talent assessment tools.
Partner with Talent SMEs (TPM, HC Analytics, Organization Development, Learning, Talent Acquisition) to build supporting tools and resources to drive the Talent Management Process.
Lead the coordination with talent performance and HCBP’s to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key positions.
Monitor the assessment of skills and experiences required for talent development programs associated with people capability and report any risk areas to Talent Performance Manager.
Review periodically and monitor progress of organization-wide talent management programs and recommend program adjustment through program evaluation metrics and document results.
Build knowledge in order to provide specialist advice and support to subordinates and end-users with regards to talent assessments planning.
Monitors and evaluates talent progress and development for GS Shared Service for all regions and all business units across the client company; through proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards as follows:
Supports programs to meet organizational Talent Retention Rate (as established)
Supports the completion of Talent Performance/Talent Management Programs within set timelines.
