Leading and scaling the Sales & Business Development team.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and area; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Work closely with leadership and cross functional members of management team to drie and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current Portfolio opportunities and risks, financing needs and organizational capabilities.
Meeting planned sales goals and protectively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
Assist in identifying portfolio, financing and/or organizational gaps and plans for how to best address them.
Generating and qualifying new leads and using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
Building a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation.
Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
Building strong and collaborate relationships with other internal stakeholders.
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

Academic Background & Professional Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
Goal oriented and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
Strategic thinker & problem choler with the ability to be hands-on.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
