Duties and responsibilities
- Leading and scaling the Sales & Business Development team.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and area; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Work closely with leadership and cross functional members of management team to drie and implement corporate strategy and long-range planning based on current Portfolio opportunities and risks, financing needs and organizational capabilities.
- Meeting planned sales goals and protectively pursue new business and sales opportunities.
- Assist in identifying portfolio, financing and/or organizational gaps and plans for how to best address them.
- Generating and qualifying new leads and using different approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
- Building a high performing sales team to execute end to end sales including outreach, pitching, getting alignment, negotiation, closing deals and implementation.
- Ensuring timely recognition and reward for top achievers and implement performance management actions when needed.
- Building strong and collaborate relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis

- Academic Background & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role.
- Goal oriented and possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Strategic thinker & problem choler with the ability to be hands-on.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of accountability and ownership.
