Manage the day-to-day contact with prospective students and parents and act as a main point of contact to strategic teams within the Office of Admission, brand ambassadors, and other relevant departments to ensure students are progressing in their application journey, in a fast and efficient manner, in addition to overseeing query management and responses on all front-facing platforms.
