We are looking for an experienced Human Recourse Coordinator who can run the below tasks professionally:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with new hire information, changes in employment status, and other relevant data.
- Maintain employee information on LMRA, GOSI, Tamkeen, and the Ministry of Labor requirements.
- Collaborate with HR team to organize training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
- Assist in the performance management process by tracking performance evaluations and providing support to managers and employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing HR-related reports for management and presentations as needed.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing company events and activities.
- Coordinate and schedule employee training sessions, both internal and external, and track employee participation and completion.
- Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as maintaining HR files, preparing employment contracts, and processing HR invoices.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues by conducting investigations, gathering information, and providing guidance to employees and managers.
- Maintain records of employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Language Needed: Arabic & English, Other Languages will be an addition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: BD300.000 - BD380.000 per month
