Support the implementation of HR standards along the HR cycle (Personnel Planning & Job Design, Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Phase-out) of care professionals in alternative care and family strengthening programmes in SOS Children’s Villages Member Associations (focus on Middle East countries Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria)
Design and facilitate workshops and trainings related to HR development topics
Monitor quality and compliance with organisational HROD standards carried out by Member Associations CEE/CIS/ME through evaluation and audits
Contribute own experience and expertise to the development of organisational policies and guidelines related to HR of care professionals
