Job Description

  • Oversee the hiring and training of Retailo s Care team
  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal
  • customer experience
  • Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of Delivered
  • goods and services
  • Utilize different mediums to reach out to customers in order to
  • help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
  • Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any
  • escalations
  • Liaise with the Sales, Ops and Commercial teams to ensure high
  • quality services
  • Establish communication mediums through which customers can
  • readily contact Retailo and vice versa
  • Monitor the activities of Care team to ensure compliance with
  • acceptable standards of customer service
  • Continually review and evolve the collection of processes
  • Retailo uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the
  • customer and Vivacity throughout the lifecycle
  • Develop listening points in the customer journey, define
  • segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify
  • opportunities for continuous improvement
