Degree in Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
Comprehensive knowledge of marine works operations: ability to supervise projects and apply technical standards.
Project management skills: Ability to plan, implement and monitor marine works.
Communication and coordination skills: dealing effectively with teams, contractors and stakeholders.
Problem solving ability: Dealing with technical challenges and problems effectively.
Proficiency in using computer programs: such as design, planning, and project management programs.
English Proficiency: Good spoken and written English skills.
