الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee the hiring and training of Retailo s Care team
- Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal
- customer experience
- Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of Delivered
- goods and services
- Utilize different mediums to reach out to customers in order to
- help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries
- Guide team in effective client issues resolution and handle any
- escalations
- Liaise with the Sales, Ops and Commercial teams to ensure high
- quality services
- Establish communication mediums through which customers can
- readily contact Retailo and vice versa
- Monitor the activities of Care team to ensure compliance with
- acceptable standards of customer service
- Continually review and evolve the collection of processes
- Retailo uses to track, oversee and organize every interaction between the
- customer and Vivacity throughout the lifecycle
- Develop listening points in the customer journey, define
- segmentation of customer base and varying strategies, and identify
- opportunities for continuous improvement
