Job Description
- Needs to have strong understanding of various OS, DB, Azure/Cloud, Access Management etc. operational aspects and very strong DEVOps and scripting ( Python, Linux) skills to continuously increase level of automation in the Operational procedures.
- Background in SW engineering to be able to read application code for triage and RCA purposes
- Good knowledge of Azure tools framework is required to support Team Lead to generate statistical/KPI/SLA reports
- Good communication skills in order to lead Incidents, triage and debugging bridges with customer and partners.
- Flexibility with working hours ( including some weekends) and shifts will be required ( e.g. Offshore shifts at night or early morning)
