Job Description
- • least 5 years of relevant experience in development and gender equality issues with experience in strategic planning, national action plans and gender responsive budgeting/gender integration in national policies and plans,
- Experience in conducting policy analysis and costing of policies, with focus on GEWE, as well as experience in GEWE indicators and data analysis,
- Previous experience in managing and facilitating GEWE workshops,
- Development of templates for integrating the NSW under the GIEP and those for the action-plans related to other activities to be conducted by other stakeholders including private sector and civil society
- Preparatory workshops for grouped ministries to present the NWS and start identifying areas of relevant work of the GEP conducted
- Technical Support to line ministries’ focal points provided
- Cross-sectoral workshops to review initial draft of the plans supported by the consultant conducted
