Job Description
- Develop, implement, support and strategically manage the Service Provider systems including but not limited to servers, operating systems, Storage area, data backup, DNS, Mail, Web Hosting, VOIP infrastructures, and management solution, security systems. • Ensure Umniah’s SP ICT Systems compliance to industry standards and internal standards and frameworks.
- Manage and Maintain SP Systems Hardware; Servers, Storages, Network in terms of upgrades, expansions, reactive support maintenance and proactive support maintenance.
- Validate Systems design, setup and configure to be compliant with business requirements, performance needs, security and business continuity requirements.
- Monitor Systems Performance and KPIs to make sure all systems are meeting SLAs; Servers, Storage, Network and Services.
- Technical Projects Management.
- Provide technical guidelines for operation.
- Security and Risk Management.
