Job Description
- To be of a pleasant disposition and good strong character, receive and respond to incoming calls, SMS and/or e-mails regarding tasks and roles.
- To be a positive team player and can do attitude.
- Maintain an inventory of all equipment and other peripheral equipment.
- Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and Removal.
- Ability to support via phone or online, when it is hard to be reached
