ABOUT THE JOB
JOB-HOLDER’s ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Post-Graduate Studies in Human Resources will be a plus
Related Experience:
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Solid track record of achievement in Key Human Capital Management Aspects
- Labor Law Awareness
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willingness and capacity to propose and influence
- Ability to work in a matrix, international and diverse environment
- Ability to understand and advise on HR processes, functional areas, policies, local HR practices and procedures
- Analytical and synthetic thinking. The ability to engage, conduct diagnosis, analyse findings, generate options and build commitment to solutions.
