Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mass Recruitment Supervisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing highvolume recruitment activities to support the fastpaced staffing needs of our BPO operations. This role requires handson experience in mass hiring strong leadership skills and the ability to deliver highquality candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend mass recruitment cycles across various accounts (voice nonvoice technical customer service etc..
- Develop and execute effective highvolume sourcing strategies (job fairs walkins partnerships referrals social media etc..
- Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met consistently.
- Coordinate closely with Operations Training and Workforce Management teams to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment efforts.
- Drive innovative talent acquisition initiatives to reduce timetofill and improve hiring quality.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as fill rates sourcing channel performance cost per hire and attrition.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external vendors schools job portals and employment agencies to support hiring goals.
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws company policies and recruitment best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve the recruitment process for efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in mass recruitment within the BPO or similar fastpaced industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques recruitment channels and local labor market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms MS Office Suite and online job boards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Flexible to work extended hours weekends or different shifts as required.
