Launching Products and Marketing Campaigns
Strategize and execute engaging product launch initiatives to introduce new cosmetic items ensuring high market visibility and consumer enthusiasm.

Market Research and Consumer Behavior Analysis

Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Associate Marketing Director.
At least three years of handson marketing experience in a fastmoving innovative work environment.
Proven track record in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies while effectively communicating insights to senior leadership.
Strong background in identifying key target demographics and crafting compelling marketing campaigns.
A balance of analytical expertise and creative vision.
A strategic datadriven mindset with a strong ability to interpret numerical data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel PowerPoint and email communication tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Wellversed in current marketing trends and industry best practices.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms and emerging digital trends.
Strong project management abilities with a resultsoriented approach.
Prior experience in the beauty or fashion sector is an advantage.
