Job Description
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in the ClimateTech sector. This fully remote position offers optional access to our Berlin office and the opportunity to drive meaningful environmental impact. As the Head of Marketing you will define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy build and scale the marketing function and establish our brand as a thought leader in the industry.
Location: Fully remote with optional access to Berlin office
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focusing on lead generation performance marketing brand building content creation and public relations.
Build and scale the marketing team starting with external agencies and eventually adding internal hires.
Design and manage the marketing funnel ensuring alignment with leadgeneration and revenue goals.
Execute marketing campaigns with a strong focus on performance marketing and ROI optimization.
Produce impactful content that communicates the value of our products and services to customers.
Foster collaboration with Sales Customer Success and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
Plan and host online events featuring sustainability leaders.
Continuously measure and optimize marketing performance leveraging data insights for growth.
Candidate Profile
MustHave Skills & Experience
35 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with expertise in performance marketing lead generation content creation and event management.
Strategic thinker with handson experience in executing marketing initiatives.
Proven ability to design and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation.
Fluency in German (C2/native) and English (C1/proficient).
NicetoHave Skills
Experience with graphic design tools and creating visual content.
Knowledge of ClimateTech and sustainability trends.
Personality Traits
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to excel in a fastpaced startup environment.
Proactive leader who brings innovative ideas and takes ownership of marketing initiatives.
