This fully remote role provides optional access to our Berlin office and an incredible opportunity to create a meaningful environmental impact. As the Head of Marketing you will develop and implement a robust marketing strategy build and scale the marketing team and position our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focusing on lead generation performance marketing brand development content creation and public relations.
Build and scale the marketing function by working with external agencies and gradually expanding with internal hires.
Design and optimize the marketing funnel to align with leadgeneration and revenue goals.
Launch and manage highimpact marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and ROI.
Create engaging content that effectively showcases the value of our products and services.
Collaborate closely with Sales Customer Success and external partners to ensure marketing strategies support business objectives.
Plan and host online events spotlighting sustainability leaders.
Continuously track measure and refine marketing efforts using datadriven insights.
Qualifications and Skills:
35 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing lead generation content creation and event management.
Strategic thinker with a proven ability to execute marketing initiatives.
Expertise in designing and optimizing marketing funnels to drive lead generation.
Fluency in German (C2/native) and English (C1/proficient).
Nice to have:
Experience with graphic design tools and creating visual content.
Familiarity with ClimateTech and sustainability trends.
