Job Description
As the L&OD Partner at CyberArk a fastpaced and innovative SaaS cybersecurity company you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning leadership excellence and organizational agility. This role will play a crucial role in advocating for talent development driving programs that enable our employees to grow adapt and succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
- Develop regional and global learning programs aligned with business goals.
- Utilize innovative instructional design techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Program Implementation:
- Facilitate and deliver training sessions workshops and seminars for diverse audiences.
- Oversee program logistics including scheduling resource allocation and participant communications.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and implement improvements as needed.
Consultation and Support:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on Learning and OD best practices.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Support initiatives such as change management leadership development and employee engagement programs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to enhance learning solutions.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in HR Organizational Development Psychology or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development in global organizations; experience in the hightech or SaaS industry preferred.
- Expertise in Talent and Career Development Change Management and Employee Engagement.
- Strong facilitation presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global multicultural environment.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in using data to evaluate program success and influence decisions.

The salary range for this position is $100000 $140000/year plus commissions or discretionary bonus which will be based on the employees performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical dental vision financial and other benefits.
