A highly established financial institution is looking for a Organizational Development and Learning Head to lead its talent development learning initiatives and organizational strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the company’s workforce capabilities ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Development & Talent Strategy
- Partner with the HR Head to design and implement talent management initiatives.
- Develop the organization’s competency framework and oversee talent development programs.
- Align business structures objectives and KPIs with company goals.
- Learning & Development
- Lead learning needs analysis and design training programs.
- Oversee learning interventions onboarding programs and employee development initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to implement effective training strategies.
- Performance & Change Management
- Own and manage the performance management system in line with HQ requirements.
- Support organizational restructuring job analysis and change management initiatives.
- Policy & Framework Development
- Draft and maintain policies on talent development learning promotions and performance management.
- Act as the custodian of the organization’s competency matrix and structure.
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Talent Management Organizational Development and Learning.
- 4 years in training design and facilitation.
- 5 years in performance management and change management.
- Experience in organization restructuring job analysis and use of OD tools.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Excellent interpersonal collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in talent and change management learning development and organizational restructuring.
- Aboveaverage communication and project management abilities.
