Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment process including job postings screening interviews and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation such as contracts performance evaluations and attendance records.
  • Process payroll leave applications and other employee benefits in compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives training programs and performance management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws safety regulations and company HR policies.
  • Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in workforce planning and talent retention strategies.
  • Oversee general office operations including facility management supplies procurement and office maintenance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and staff management.
  • Prepare reports meeting minutes and correspondence as required by management.
  • Assist in handling legal and regulatory documentation related to business operations.
  • Organize company events meetings and training sessions.
  • Liaise with external vendors government agencies and service providers for administrative matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Min 2 years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities.
