The HRA Specialist is responsible for managing the activities related to the employment relationship from a contractual and remunerative point of view from hiring to terminating the working relationship ensuring the correct management of company employees in relation to legal obligations (contributions insurance tax administrative) and the relationship with all partners.
The core responsibilities of the role are:
executing administrative duties related to personnel management in compliance with the law agreements and company procedures
ensuring wages are processed with regard to various contractual forms providing advice on how to correctly apply the regulations in force for various collective agreements
Qualifications :
1.01 Prepares and manages all documentation relating to the employment relationship (hiring transformation termination)
1.02 Carries out the communications formally required by current legislation
1.03 Verifies the working hours carried out by employees accounts for holidays overtime in relation to the company rules to the CCNL applied and to the employment contract stipulated between the parties
1.04 Provides for the processing of salaries by producing pay statements and the calculation of the related tax payments
1.05 Responds to any administrative requests from the Management or the personnel by accessing the recorded information
1.06 Promotes the development of role learning through proactive team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving the effectivenessefficiency of ones responsibilities
1.07 Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions to Sustainable Development understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment Business Processes and Organizational Community
1.08 Promotes adopts develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
