Housing Support Worker
22010.56 for 37 hours per week
Based in Hull

If you have the skills experience and commitment to help people improve their mental health and wellbeing wed love to welcome you to our team.
Using your previous experience of working in a supported housing environment you will support individuals in our houses who have experienced poor mental health to enable them to move into their own homes.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who can contribute positively to a team.
Applicants will need a full current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around Hull and the ability to respond quickly to situations.
