NorwegianSpeaking Customer Support Representative Qormi Malta
Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about delivering topnotch customer service We are looking for a NorwegianSpeaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Qormi Malta.
Position: NorwegianSpeaking Customer Support
Location: Qormi Malta
Salary: 1711 per month

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegianspeaking clients via email phone and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries complaints and technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining highquality service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Assist with general product or servicerelated questions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not required.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work in Qormi Malta.

- Full Training: 2week comprehensive training program (onsite during this period).
- Health Insurance: Provided after 6 months of employment.

- Airport PickUp: We will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel.
- Accommodation: We will cover the cost of your hotel for 5 nights with the option to extend your stay for up to 3 weeks.
- Flight Support: We will reimburse up to 200 of your flight ticket paid after the completion of your 6month probation period.
